Adored Inc.
Marketing Intern, Manchester NH
One of my big goals as a student intern at Adored was creating the bond between SNHU and Manchester. The city of Manchester has a lot of amazing restaurants and attractions that students do not take advantage of. Thankfully, with a start up company there is a lot of room for experimentation, therefore, I created a "SNHU Adores Manchester" campaign to try and entice students to expand their horizons. Working with my manager Tim, I met with SNHU and the Adored team to plan and execute the campaign idea. Each week, a business nearby on the Adored app would have a spotlight week with a SNHU specific deal for students and faculty alike. We have seen much success and heard great feedback, and busienss owners are seeing increased number of student visitors. Along with videos, I planned and executed many trade shows, wrote blogs, managed social media and trained merchants on how to effectively use the app.
Hope you enjoy our videos! We tried to mimic the show "Diner's Drive in's and Dives" Cheers!
Sam and I also created a training video for all merchants for their employees to train them and inform them on how to use the Adored app correctly! Check out the link:

In addition to the videos, we as a company tried to follow with a blog post so that the hi-lighted company could share some copy about their partnership with us.

SNHUConnect
Social Media Marketing Intern/Manager
As a Sophomore, I interned at the Online and Continuing Education sector of SNHU. I found it amazing to be an on campus student and for the summer be able to shadow and experience the "other side" of SNHU. I controlled the "online community/campus portal" of almost 60k students. This allowed me to express my love for the university I attend and again try to bridge the "gap" between online and day campus students. I always wanted to invite and involve the online students in the daily activities of the campus. This was a way for me to manage and advocate for students online in order for them to have a positive SNHU experience remote. I started a few campaigns and clubs on the portal to try and involve students more. The work displayed is from my SNHU Diversity campaign that I created.

Right Turn Recovery
Social Media Marketing Intern/Manager
At this nonprofit recovery center in Arlington MA, I decided to help with their large event and manage and boost the companies social media accounts. The recovery center did not know how to manage their many Facebook pages, Instagram account and had not used their twitter accounts for a while, therefore I decided to jump onboard and help manage, run campaigns, promote shows at the center and post information about mentoring sessions for the members to attend. This was a short summer-long internship.
